amazing.

I killed a 4 foot something water moccasin..in rhode island.
I was in the little towns newspaper. At the time it was tall than me. I was maybe ten yrs old, killed it with a metal rake.

the snake was not supposed to be there...here it was, as if to find a warm spring to stay alive. I then learned there is northern water moccasins, but they do not have a venom, this one did.. like a southern snake.

my brother was the other finder of things..

a black widow variant in ct.
that was thought to come off a banana boat and make itself at home in the CT woods..

as things get warmer..
