    This was for sale in Hemmings in the late '70s for $6k. Thought I'd post it since we've been talking about Elkys and Rancheros.

      Saw a purple 6 wheeled Rabbit/Golf thing in Berlin in 1999 when I was there. Also seen a B-body Palmino made from a Buick Roadmaster Estate wagon and a '61 Buick Invicta flower car converted to an El Camino type unit with rear glass instead of the solid back of the stock flower car.

        About a year ago there was a 55 Nomad made into a Camino on Ebay. They did a nice job actually, it looked slick. Was done a long time ago. The guy selling it was taking a lot of flack about it not being a Nomad, but a flower car that was modified, until he showed before and after pics.

          The old AMT 55 Nomad model kit had the stuff to make it into an el camino....

                          its an 78-88 A/G-body Elky with a Stude body grafted onto it.
