Those carts are legal in India and everywhere, called a Suzuki Omni, really well sized for the roads in the cities over there and good for getting through traffic around the beleive it or not.... SUVs. I also think they are legal in the UK as proved by Topgear rolling one over then 5th Gear copying them and doing the same.

They use to drive these on the Navy Base...They do wicked Stoppies...

its an 78-88 A/G-body Elky with a Stude body grafted onto it.

I thought it was cool as hell... but are you okay Joe? I mean, it's wrong wheel drive, missing half of it's cylinders, EFI... Are you going to the "dark side" ? Or have you let your evil twin start posting with your alias? (Very, very big grin)

I found one that would be more your style...

hey funny is funny no matter whats under the hood or which wheels its power(if i owned it those would be the first changes)......and that is more my style just flat black to make it cool
