I would offer a job, but there isnt any money in what I do. It would be fun to hang out and just build stuff though, someday perhaps.

Surprisingly good Jim, but after being on them for 9 hours straight for five days, it's a relief to be sitting in my office doing bookwork and selling a few items on Saturday. We'll see how long I can keep it up, I can still outwork the younger folks I work with. Hope you're doing better.

It's not just working out in the fields, it's everything associated with it. The gas companies buy lots and lots of pick ups and cars. I hear the Chevy dealer in T town is swamped with work. All sorts of new businesses are opening all the time. The drilling is going to last at least 30 years here. After that is going to still need support. There's compressor stations that pump the gas. The gas compressors look like a flat 4 cyl engine, one side is the compressor the other side is a gas fired 2 cyl engine.

The gas rig guys work a 12 hr day for 14 days then get flown back home for 2 weeks. Some are traveling gypsies.

I had looked into scranton/wilkes barre area GM dealers a couple of years back ....seemed just as dismal as the rest of Pennsylvania
