did that ever bare fruit?
could Chad or Brian maybe change the title to 2013 before it's 2014
I think this place needs tech stories, over here, THEN the blog.. you open the "bangshift blog" area of the forum, see a thread you think you'd like to read and get a page that gives you a paragraph then you need to click again and open another page. to read it..
I know it adds "views/clicks/etc" but what a r.p.i.t.a. must be awesome on a smartphone. and it lets you post on either page, instead of just one the blog page that you get to after opening 2-3 pages, that way more replies are posted together and it not look so dead..
but it's not my house so.

only because it shows up on a google search.. and I think the numbers are off. my build got 250 in a few days, I highly doubt that.

What we do here on the coconut telegraph is a whole lot of fun and has built the BS community, the fraternity behind the scenes.

The real thing is up front. The Car Junkie's Daily Magazine. Brian puts his heart and a whole lot of work into that. And from all the great stuff that's there, renewed every day...I really don't understand why that's not mainstream. Big time.

I wouldn't be surprised, the count is accurate. You probably put 50 of them on the count.... lol. I've seen many a hot thread hit 3500-4000 views in a couple of days. The pissing matches get that in a day all the time, and Turk kind of said for us to shut up for technical / class rules interpretation for Drag Week, which is one of the hotter boards here now that PT is over for the year. That board has gone pretty quiet now.

If you want controversy and attitude, there are sites for that. This site gets along pretty well for the most part, maybe we need to stage some drama.

I do miss the tech from CJTV, I'll concede that. Burnout Mondays... the guys who did the mini-bike races in Cali... LeMons entries... Single Cylinder Small Block Chevy's... I think I'll sign out and go play with my 5k car.

With little to no new posts, I'm sure that eventually that traffic WILL go away. People aren't gonna keep coming back to see the same thing over and over. What's interesting is when this subject comes up, IT gets a pretty good amount of posts.........then the rush seems to fade

Anyhow,I see it as well. There just isn't the posts and new subjects on here that there used to be. Dosent really make sense. I like it here because its good clean fun. I think right now,this time of year its simply that people are outside,doing other stuff. Jeez, Ive been a member on here starting with Carjunkie, a long time now. The front page always has something interesting to read every day,I read it like the paper. And its always automotive related so its of intrest to all of us here. Well thats enough of my jibberish,

What happened was Nike wanted to sell "Carolina Panther" tee shirts
Printed up a bunch with SOUTH Carolina's pic on the front... The Panthers are in NORTH Carolina..
Pdub sent me that link to a news story late last night or early this am.. It didn't hit my locale untill about mid afternoon.. Nike headquarters is not far from me.. Hour, little more....
