the grabber Blue brake backing plates, driveshaft, and oil pan should stand out nicely once the car has flipped from total chassis failure......NICE floorboards!

I don't think (hope) the mainleaf is welded to the car like that, it would snap before you leave the driveway. I think it's just the pic not showing the spring-bushing higher in the car.

Good thing the internet didn't exist during the Heyday of the Gasser/Matchbash wars - - those poor early pioneers would never gotten us to where we are today. I would want better pictures of the "problem areas" before passing judgement.

Looks pretty cool to me. To each his own.

At least he has the piece of tube steel holding the ladder bar welded to what looks to be a piece of 3/8 plate, that is bolted in four places to the floor. Lets just hope he is a good welder.

pictures like that can help get me out of the paralysis of "I have to keep thinking this out before I cut anything, or I might screw something up" mentality.
my design doesn't really look all that bad after all ;)
maybe I should just commit to it and finish it...
