Mom & Dad had some cool cars..

67 GTO 400/400 hood tach, gold w/blk top. Dad sold it in 78. Ended up in the Cleveland Autorama in 86.

70 Sedan Deville 472 triple dark green. Kids can get lost in them cars.

71 Comet, 170/3 o-tree, Vomit green, called it the vomet.

78 Lil Red Express bought new, cool when it ran.

79 Regal Limited, triple Black, 305 mom's ride.

    76 LTD Brn/Tan, 351/400/FMX, trade-in on Maverick.

77 Maverick Silver, 9k miles, mom drove the wheels off.

77 Hornet 258 4spd posi/tow package Green, lit 'em up, then, the AMC metal vaporized.

    66 C-10 250/3spd, 'Old Blue', beater truck, didn't last.

78 F-100 300-6/3 o-tree, 'Old Blue II', truck was an animal, drove it til it rotted away..

66 Mustang ragtop Red, former race car, bent, bondo'd piece of shit.
200-6 crap-o-matic rated @5hp downhill. Looked cool w/top down though.

77 Fury 318, triple pea green, Sheriff Roscoe ride, we're in hot pursuit.

    I'm know I missed a few...

Hornet and towing package should not be in the same sentence.

Tough call, which is why I made a list, still can't make up my mind..

Hornet was cool, til it vaporized..
The Lil Red was cool, when it ran. I have a pic somewhere...

I guess I liked the 79 Regal, rode in it a lot.
It was one of the last good memories of my childhood before the 'rents got divorced..
Found a picture of it from '79. I was in the passenger seat during this photo, the Vomet's parked next to it.

My dad's first car was a '65 Barracuda with a 273 V8. That would be my choice.

mom and dad split when i was 1, so the list would be her cars and his cars

mom had a string of vw bugs, frickin wanna be hippie. hate those cars. at least the ones she had...

coolest car she had, was her one new ride... 1982 Fuego... turbo

dad is a car guy, so if the sentence starts out "my Dad's.... " it was cool to me
              lots of street rods
              and race cars

the roadster in the 70's( now its Red, different windshield)

It would have to be Mom's 56 Olds 88 2 door and Dad's 57 Ford Ranchero, both cars were 3 on the Tree!

Dad had a '71 Fury III 2-door that an uncle on my mother's side had built up before he passed on. 440 with a Six Pak setup, a "hacked-in" four speed, and that emerald green color everywhere. I have seen one picture, a family pic in front of a house, it's sitting on SS/T's with an inch of lift in the back, and I'm maybe one in the picture.

In the same boat with Dad's triple black '50 Merc convertible. Was his first car he bought in 1955 for $500. He drove it a year before wrecking it in a snow storm going back to college. They fixed it, but traded it in on a new '56 Chevy 210. My grandmother had the single photo of it. I have no idea who has that photo album now.

My dad had a Cord 812. It's in a museum now. He also had a Triumph TR2 with a Paxton blower on it. I'd take either of those 2 cars now.

His all-time favorite was a 1931 Chrysler. It looks great in the pictures, but has long since met its demise.

Let's see....59 Biscayne, 63 Impala, 66 Skylark convertible, 69 Malibu, 72 Malibu and a 75 Blazer. My brother messed up the 72 and I messed up the Blazer. Shoot, I never realized my old man had pretty cool cars, never thought about it.

I would have that pic framed and on the mantle.

My dad had a '67 pickup when I was little. When I turned three he traded it for our '78 K5 most of you know. The pickup was a 283 with a 3spd. That is one I would love to have back for sure.
