I stand corrected. I thought the Del Rey's had the bowties on the dash panel.

The Belair had the bowtie embossed aluminum dash trim, but it's really common to put it on the lower models (and 56s too!)

Then what's difference about a Del Rey 210 and other 210's?

Proof that if you're not actually blown, that one of those just sucks.

                    Mr. Gasket Street Scoop, anyone?

And for the record, carbs hidden inside fake blower cases and air cleaners that look like Enderle injection are among the least forgivable violations.

For the record, it's pretty much as bought, except for the the paint and the steering wheel. The stock wheel was gutted, but I still have it. I will use your suggestions as constructive criticism. Be nice, I don't have much cash to change much.

Yellow plug wires, get rid of the stinking cardboard leaf on your rearview. I personally hate the three-gauge pod, but since it's a necessity on your car, I'll let that pass, esp. with the clean install. Ditto with the Megashifter, best install I've seen in a while. Rubber looks a little small, and those look like cheap Centerlines (Ultra-Z, maybe?) Definetly a car I'd recommend Cragar S/S's for. Clean, nice to see a green car, too!

Fake centerlines are a big no no anywhere....the yellow plug wires are obnoxious, the fake braided upper radiator hose cover too those crappy chinese gages are worse than idiot lights, but the rest will probably be ok for a while.

It's not a cardboard leaf, it's a parking pass for the Dream Cruise. Other than that I agree with what you said.

Car looks dahm good just a few tweeks, try to find some poncho rally 2's they are pretty cheap and should be had at a swap meet add a little bigger rubber out back. Engine compartment, some black wires and ditch the fake brade stuff on the radiator hose and vacum line. Kinda a pain to do in the car but motor would look better pontiac blue. I realy like the body line stripe on the hood. Some of those SW muscle car gauges would look good instead of the gauge pod you have, but they are kinda pricey
