    My buddy just got a dirt cheap '97 XJ from a friend of his that was just rear ended, he's taking the axles to convert his S10 to 4WD (I didn't even know that was possible)
    But he's giving the engine to me!
    Unfortunately, this is in NJ, so this will be a while before I get them together.
    I'm just so giddy right now from this!
    Rumors of my demise by rollover have been greatly exaggerated.

      convert an S10 to 4wd with Jag axles? how? more importantly, why?

      free - but you have to drive to NJ from MI to pick this up?

          XJ is a Cherokee. Even so, doing all that work to get tiny axles under an S-10 would be a strange, pointless exercise...but then again, isn't a lot of stuff. You'd better go help pull the motor before he comes to his senses.
