    Jail Birds

    So, the Steelers, for whatever reason, are wearing their killer bee costumes. They look completely ridiculous, even during timeouts.

    They look worse on camera than the Oregon Ducks. Yes, even worse than that. Sorry DB.

                          Actually, I don't give a flip about football anymore - but I have friends who are Chiefs fans.

                            Art Rooney Sr had a b&w photo of the 1934 Steelers in his office. Post-Gazette writer Ed Bouchette commented that they looked like prison uniforms. Art didn't talk to Ed again for quite a while. Apparently he was rather proud of the the unis. I think this is the 2nd year they've had themas their alternates.
