Story goes that she was the next door neighbor in the Pacific Nw and in that pic she had just turned 18

pic is old now, at least like 5 -6 years , heck maybe more ? ?

For her 18th birthday she decided to dress like that, walk down the street, and watch all those guys with functioning lebido's crash their cars trying to get a better look at her.
