    My 2012 Silverado is superior to my old '76 1/2 ton in every way except the ability to jump. I won't be trying that in the new one, they're just too flimsy.
    The official Bangshift garage door guru. Just about anything can be built using garage door parts, trust me.

        1928 Lincoln body is aluminum. I'm not sure my dad's 1998 S10 hood isn't aluminum, it's unbelievably light.

          a lot of the automakers are utilizing aluminum for various panels... my nephew's Malibu maxx has a hatch made of the aluminum... chipped the edge, didn't notice until the first salt season that the corrosion went under the paint! looking for a new hatch now! ever tried stopping the progression of aluminum oxide behind paint or clearcoat?
