any one interested thats here in michigan, taste of grand rapids is going on this weekend, its at john ball zoo. Best bbq in the state, i highly recomend it. I'll be cooking for the competition, just look around, for the only smoker unit welded to gether by hand out of a snowmobile trailer, a semi gas tank, and a 500 gas farm gas tank. sorry no photos of my creation. fyi last year we placed 3rd with out chicken 10th with our pulled pork, our ribs were in the top 20 out of 200 competitors.
