some have trees...and fog and rain, and blizzards and ice storms, and hurricanes..one road.
that same road in the quick shot I grabbed in a fierce north wind with 10 below ambient. holy good god. the contrast of temps can shake a 17000 pound bobtail starting at the radiator. Full defrost modern heater and there is ice drops hanging on to glass like clear silicone.
with the sun out.
I'd love to see the desert by car.
I'll post some of my older vids.
rollovers all by themselves...icey slush and seeming no budget to clear I-95. maine does that.
I got some "sno-nadoes" on vid, all that one road of I-95.
place is like a twilight zone.
just yesterday, went for a ride in a 485 pete. the way the glass splits.. remnded me of a 707 I used to sit in..the point of view.
the all metal hood. ..frame obviously a no bullshitter just by my own welders eyeballs..
as humbled as my dad I guess. I never forgot a 1981 cabover taking the same road.. heat full blast and hypothermia setting in.
alot different today. Still alot of midget big trucks.. but I must admit the pete has something correct the first time.Last edited by Barry Donovan; September 25, 2011, 08:30 PM.Previously boxer3main

I found pictures of the Mustang I bought in 1991 for $1,500. It was a '69 GT with a 351 Windsor 4 barrel and a toploader 4 speed. There were only 4,973 GT's made in '69 and that was all 3 bodystyles so it was kind of rare. After tearing into it I found out just how much work it needed and ended up selling it to a guy in Utah who was going to restore it, I wonder if he ever got it done.
Just groovin' to my own tune.

2013/14 Cobra Jet?
Could this be the 2013 Mustang Cobra Jet that was recently spied at one of Ford’s private tracks in Michigan? Its quite possible as Autoblog spies got the drop on this Mustang dragster which appears to be next generation Cobra Jet. Since it was reintroduced in 2008, the Cobra Jet has been upgraded almost every year with engine or body enhancements so it comes as no surprise another upgrade is in the works. The first thing that jumps out at […]
