Happy Birthday Ceilidh (pronounced Kay-lee, it's Gaelic) $400 included a complete running 1/4 midget, extra frame and a big box of extra parts (wheels, tires, nerf bars etc). I graded a dirt road course in the back yard. her little sister is now pestering me to get the spare frame built. She can't even reach the pedals yet LOL!
