Yep, we run 1/8 mile. I recognized the number on the side and then John ordered two 8 x 11s of the car, so I'll try to find out more this weekend. The pic was Friday T-N-T, so a pass or two in the old school car would certainly be tolerated. I don't even know it it made more than one. We had our grandson at the track with us and between 60 foots with him (he likes to ride), trying to dial in the front end alignment with a wrench + butt steer meter and hunt a tire pressure to run in the new front runners - I didn't have my usual hangout and visit time to go poking around.
I'm drooling now over the old speed shop pics. *sigh* Those were the days my friends, we thought they'd never end...
Mini bike - see Tractor Supply, $299. Not the one on their web site, looked just like the one in the old pic. Saw a yellow one there yesterday. My mom said "no way" back in 1968 and I'm still pining for one. That and an FED.Comment
