      The picture doesn't really enlarge well enough to be certain, but simply looks like chloritically altered porphyry or granite. The black speck's are likely either hornblend or biotite. I can't tell from here if there are any sulphides present to make it really interesting.

            Found it during the trench warfare reinactment - err - I mean geothermal installation yard dig.

                • Having some of the kids over from Europe, Irene and I took them to Chicago yesterday.
                  This way Granddaddy Gerrit could watch the Air Show :-)

                          • No GM (Holden) didn't build the 65 BelAir with a one tonner option in Australia but there have been a few more doors made into them.

                            I brought an half done one many years ago as a parts car, this is one that has been done well.

                            Sorry about the pic quality, only had the crap phone as I was walking through the hardware store.
