Keep it to test fire the new engine - you know it's a good carb that runs clean - that's why I've kept it.

I would think you'd want a double pumper for the 350 if your plan is to go with a manual trans in the future.

I have piles of carb parts - we can likely build you something that will work quite well out of those parts, you may have to buy a baseplate - but that's cheaper than a new carb....

I have a 700 dbl pump, and several other pieces parts, including a couple proform main bodies, and a spare 750 dbl pump demon that another buddy is playing with on his 351C4v -68 mustang that just broke into the 11.80s with an aod... .that demon may work great on a mean 350 - you'd have to buy the idle eeze and a choke kit for it - but I'll cut you a great deal on the rest of it if you want it.
