I can dig the Asto/stepside as it seems it's more function as a hauler. But that yellow monstrosity just makes me sad.

i'm sure it turns nice.... I suppose if you just had to haul a 5th wheel and didn't want a dually...

        but

        why?
There's always something new to learn.

Remember the T-Rex concept from Dodge back in the late 1990's?

This one totally pulls off the dual rear axle deal. I think it's bad ass!

Did you guys ever see those van/truck kind of vehicles? Truck bed, truck chassis with the first 2 rows of seating and cab from the van? Couldn't find any website with them on the interent. My dad used to have a really nice one made by a conversion company. F350 crewcab dually chassis with the 6.9 diesel. Had a very nice 3 tone brown paint job on it with a very clean factory cloth interior. Dad sold it to a guy to pull his 5th wheel around. Super nice truck, though.

I'm not sure what the chassis was. I was about 12 years old. I just remember it was in really good shape. Like new. I thought it was a truck chassis since it had a truck dually bed and dually front hubs.

Cant...I know exactly what you're talking about. Van front and a 5th wheel for towing.

                      Bizarre looking but starngely appealing.

I'd make the pipes funtional though.
I beleive those were something Dodge worked with some company to do. They were intended as tribute to the Lil Red Express.
Hauling ass & sucking gas are the best uses for a truck.
