With all the young guys here someone should know the answer to this. I need to put surround sound speakers behind my couch, but there is no way to run the wires. Is there such a thing as a wireless adapter that I can hook up to the speakers I have?

Re: Home stereo speakers
There's also this option: http://www.flatwiretv.com/
You can plaster over it and then paint and it blends into the wall. Good stuff, but I don't know if it's something you want to take the time to do. Also, depending on distance, it could get expensive.

Re: Home stereo speakers
I use to manage radio shack stores, I hated those wireless speakers, they were intermident, maybe thier made better now , who knows, been in a different line of work for many years now,,,,,I would check the guarantee before the investment. We have the Bose surround sound home theator system with wires, but it does not look bad, you can hide them.....

Re: Home stereo speakers
The wires blend in with the other junk in the living room
actually we just don't have the rear speakers as far back as they should be. Surround sound is scary if you're not used to it! we just got it this past year.
