Well the motors finally out. As shown in the attached pic, the cam bearings are the culprit. Especially the front one. Also, I guess because of the lack of oil at the front bearing, the thrust surface of the cam chewed up the front of the block a little. I kinda knew it was going to be the cam bearings as the front seemed too tight to me when I put it together but the machinist said it would be fine and being a Buick virgin I took his word for it.
I hope to get it to Wildcat performance next week and see where we go from there.
