Only import I've ever had was VW ... a 72 Super about 25 years ago when I was a teen, and now a 73 Super that I picked up a few weeks ago. I think they have a place in the hobby, some people don't ... that's fine. If it's a neat car, I don't really care what the badge says.

ah and here in lies the true division....between the turbo efi crowd and the big cube carburetor crowd. Not necessarily import vs. domestic.

A guy I work with has been fighting his carb'd twin turbo set up for the last two years. He could never get it right at WOT. He got so disgusted with it he pretty much parked it last summer. He's going EFI now.
