I sort of like the airbag going off in the oven. Personally, I honestly never heard about the issue they had, but also, he had a lot of crap stacked on that oven, and in a small confined space {unlike that POS bar fridge} it's going to have a more violent reaction.
A true test is to stick the thing in a jig with a force / g meter, a radar gun for speed, and then see what you have.

Although, I'd like to stick one under a small plastic table, with a bunch of china plates stacked up top.

We put one from a VW on a sheet of plywood, and then put another sheet over it, and stacked some old tires on it. When it went off, the tires went flying pretty far. A guy in the shop had his arm on the steering wheel while leaning under the dash in an Escort. The bag went off somehow and broke his arm, and he was disoriented for a few minutes.
