Thinking about changing my hood maybe to a stock hood with a boss 9 scoop what you guys think? im kinda tired of the cowl in all its lift off wonderfulness

I like this cowl hood we have, all Adams gages are nicely tucked under the cowl in a nice line, they are hidden from view, only the driver can see them, thats where that cowl comes in handy.....Not to mention the quick lift off of the hood when we take 5 clips off.....

why's it got the cowl?
I've always dug hangin' the carbs out for everyone & their momma to see. but, i like bug-catchers, too...
good lookin' car, BTW. my parents had a brand new '85 t-bird. (dad claims to have asked for the svo...)
but. it was silver with the blackouts...

This car has a funky fiberglass hood, I think it looks more "natural" than a tall Camaro cowl hood. Too bad I don't have a picture with the hood closed! I know the guy, I might be able to find out more about it if your'e interested, although the car is on it's 3rd owner and was bought on ebay a while back from the other end of the country

with a decent air cleaner it ends up a bit over the fenders
