My problem with the Power Tour is that it is always on the east side of the country. Which makes being a long hauler kind of hard when you live on the west side of the country. Anyway I'm thinking of doing the Anti-Tour this year, it seems like those guys have a bunch of fun, and it's not so big.

I'll be on the Anti Tour again. Low key, unorganized fun. Hoping to have more stuff done on the car, but not looking likely. Power Tour is all but impossible for no other reason of taking two weeks off without pay.

I'll try and make the next Anti-Tour as well. If the Skylark is going strong I'll bring it again (with a fresh engine!) otherwise I'll probably bring the Centurion for a nice cruise and take part in what ever event they have going. After the CJTV Drag Bash, I found the limits of the T-bird's compression and detonation at CA's elevation and 91 octane (I bumped the timing up at least another 5* once I got back to Ely).

Glad usually doesn't want to think about it until after the first of the year. I understand, no one has any schedules up for tracks and many events before then. He took a ton of flack for the one month notice a couple years ago so he was a little more forthcoming last year.

The best thing to do is watch CC.com starting around then when the announcement pops up.
