Its a turbo system for engines that run well NA already. The length of the piping delays the hit so the tires stick better and the length of the return air plumbing works like an intercooler and adds even more delay. You then run smaller turbos so they spool faster on less energy but also don't overspool at WOT. Its kinda like NOS that doesn't need to be recharged, something you add to a motor that makes good power to kick it up a notch without going crazy. Ofcourse you'd need to figure out how to run all the plumbing under the car and back into the engine bay and how to keep the engine or turbos from drounding when you hit a puddle or it's raining heavily.
