and it shows your house and what homes sold for in the area.
Pretty interesting.

Yeah I imagine in some areas the decline is quite steep but
it'll come back, it always does

According to the site my house has gone down about $20,000 and my garage has gone up about $60,000. They re on separate lots but in the same fenced in area. My house is only 1,200 sq ft and the garage is 720 sq ft. Its showing the lots across the street from us as the address hahaha.

It shows my house being worth $190,000. You'd have to be high on drugs to pay that for my house.

Not according to the bank, I stop paying they start complaining :P I've had two apprasials since I bought the place (last one in October), and I'm still $25,000+ a head of what I owe, which I figure ain't too bad considering I bought it two years ago.

Amazing the different home prices by region. My house (ahem, I mean the ex's house!) has dropped by 400k in value since 2006....got out just in time...I sure miss that garage!
