Audi is pulling out of ALMS too now.

That's interesting. Acura is stepping up to the P1 class this year, they would have been running head-to-head with Audi. I'm guessing that Audi figured that they have proven their point with the dominance of the P1 class for the last several years, time to let someone else be the big guy.

One thing struck me about this a little while ago.

Honda saw that they had bigger priorities than the F1 team so being the prudent business decision makers they are, the team, it's 294 million dollar budget, and 700 employees are done.
Wonder how many people will try to sue them over this, oh wait, this isn't America, so probably none.

Meanwhile back at the ranch...

Our own companies are about to slide under the waves but still pump mounds of cash they don't have into a racing series that has no relevance to their product on the street.

Talk about a microcosm of the problem.

Not really relevent to the post but kind of ,my wifes cousin works in a
pretty big honda dealer and hes getting laid off at the end of the month
he says the place is a cemetary.

why , they have all those IRL engines , and we know how exciting THAT racing is
