What's the future of NASCAR?

With all the car companies pulling out of different racing venues.....what's
NASCAR going to end up looking like?
Chrysler Corp looks real iffy to even survive, that leaves Ford, GM and Toyota.
It's going to be a whole different event seems like.
Opinions?

NASCAR will remain a great place to showcase driver competition, and plenty of fender and hood space for Fortune 500 to promote their products and services. America loves stock car racing.

I don't think it's going to hurt Nascar as much as you think. Basically the cars they use are the same no matter what make they are and that includes the body style, so it'd be nothing for Nascar to spec a new body style, or introduce a new car. And then it just comes down to sponsorship, sure the teams that have GM backing are probably going to sink, but the guys that back by someone other than GM will still be around. And most likely the guys with GM backing will just look for a new sponsor.

Put it this way there is a lot of money in Nascar, I don't see it going away. I mean you don't see them asking for a bailout do you??
