I have a basement and while I was cleaning out my shop, Tonya was cleaning out the basement... it's around 600sq ft painted walls.. crap ceiling tiles... Matter of fact I had my bedroom down there for years, I loved it, Tonya thought we should live... "in" the house... LOL

Hmmm so I totally get the idea of working inside and where the temp is actually pretty dang good... or at least constant...

On topic, While I don't have a garage or basement, I DO have a rather large back room....10'Wx20'L.....plenty of room to work, and it's heated/cooled....need to do some more insulating though, and get the brother-in-law's pool table outta there(not enough room on the sides to get off a good shot).
