  • "Off year" hotrods, post your pics

The big Sister thread with the big Impala got me thinking, we need a thread with pics and such of off year hotrods. Anyone can make a 66' chevelle look good. Or a 69' camaro, or a 55' chevy or a 70 cuda or a 68 mustang etc etc. They are all easy to make look good because they .....look good anyway! Lets see some off year hot rods. No muscle car icons here. Ill use my 73' Nova for instance. Man can they be ugly!! Its very easy to make one of these look like crap. But if done right can be a pretty sweet ride. Anyone got any off year hotrods? Lets see em!

This is my 85 Monte; not really weird or unusual, but not from the 60's either.

Not that it's not a popular truck, but most are restored, or are complete show pieces. This one runs 12.70's and is still a truck. Excuse the wrong year bumper, it had a '71-72 grille at one time.

This one always seems to be a crowd pleaser. '61 Comet, 351 5spd. Not mine anymore though.

Were are the lack of fenders a violation? I love that part of this car. Now I could see different tires and wheels, but then it is not my car.

They can drop it off at my house. I probably would change the rear tire/wheel combo, though. I'd be proud to own it.
