      I'm thinking it's a Brockway.

If it had a Brockway cab, instead of an International cab, I'd agree!

              Hendrickson.

Not exactly the same model, but definately a Hendrickson. Note the name plate just above the side hood hinge, the same on both trucks. In the original photo the emblem above the grill seems to be an "H", Like Hendrickson had. They used cabs purchased from International Harvester, right up til they quit making trucks. They were mostly used for severe duty construction. Not often seen outside of Chicago, where they were built. In the 70's and 80's they were very common around here. Total production for all Hendricksons was about 5500.

That's what I was thinking because of the hood emblem.

That makes sense...I claimed it was an International cab, but the rest of the truck didn't look like an International.

It is most possibly an International RDF-320.I got in touch with a IH guru ;).

Just the way the guy is dressed, the front license plate doesn't look American. And I was looking at some trucks from Russia and there was a company that had a rounded truck like that. Also the headlights, most of the American trucks I saw International/Hendrickson, had them molded into the fenders.

This pic is definetely from my hometown.Taken around 1955-60.The reason the truck hasnt got the headlight molded into the fenders, are because it is of the largest chassis type.

                              Copied from the IH forum..

I can not be 100% sure, old pic and can not see all the truck, but iam 97% sure it is an "RDF-320". I am using the bumper and grill/hood emblem as points of comparison, as well as the plate under the bumper and it looks to be an off-road truck - very heavy.
                              * A book I have states: ' The RDF-320 was the heaviest in the set back axel series and with a GVW of over 100,000lbs it was only offered for off road use." Most were diesel, but there were gas and butane models. Some came with 14.00 x 24" 20 ply tires as well as water cooled brakes.

I have seen FWD trucks with the same lights too. This kind of trucks wasnt produced to be pretty. They where built to work.

But i see your point.Russian trucks where produced with the same look as these, and probably so a,long time into the eighties or nineties. And there are some of those that look quite awesome.
