Re: Get Your Sprint On
"There are several theories why this car production was put to a halt. But it was probably due to the fact that most people in those days did not care about Fuel Economy like they do now."
Here's my theory on why it was put to a halt. IT'S STUPID!!

Re: Get Your Sprint On
Got a bro who is REALLY tight with money (Keith knows) and he's just built a hyper miler out of a N/A version of one of these. What youse guys don't know is that there is a cult following for these, both turbo'd and otherwise. I'm not sure on his price, but there is definitely a market for the little buggers.

I have no idea it's value due to rarity, but that car was widely known to be able to spank an 87 vette by simply putting a bleeder valve in the wastegate pressure line... at the time, Bosch L-Jetronic was cutting edge EFI, and it had "extra capacity" built in; it had a stupid flapper valve, but it would add more fuel when you upped the boost. I.e. it was cheap and fun to embarrass Guido in his new vette...
I dig it! not for that much money though.www.realtuners.com - catch the RealTuners Radio Podcast on Youtube, Facebook, iTunes, and anywhere else podcasts are distributed!
