I'm 6'2" and a biscuit under 300, I like to cook, I like to eat. Even I might question this recipe. Not that I'm ruling it out either....

I like the idea of rolling a venison Sirloin in a bacon weave and throwing it in the smoker.

That would fit my diet perfectly,,,,,,,super low carb. Probably less carbs than a peanutbutter sandwich.

Toasted Bread
Mayonnaise
1/2 lb bacon

So tasty.....But I feel very ill after eating it. I used to call it a BLT minus the LT.

Looks yummy but I'll have to pass. So far I've stuck to my new years resolutions, one being losing weight. Dropped 7 pounds in the last 4 weeks.

I wrote the recipe down as I was reading. ;D I love bacon in any form and I just bought two pounds of sausage from a guy at work. He's been making sausage burgers at lunchtime in the shop. Good stuff!!!

Just add a glass of bacon drippings for a beverage and you got the perfect dinner.
