I'd like to take a humpback whale steak, wrap it in baby seal meat, then in bacon, then smoke it.

So tasty.....But I feel very ill after eating it. I used to call it a BLT minus the LT.

You ever have a BLT at Tony's in Birchrun Michigan? Full pound of bacon and it's held together by two steak knives instead of tooth pics! A one of the best sandwiches I ever had (and I eat alot trust me) was the Paul Bunyon Burger it must have been at least 1 1/2 pounds at a truck stop just outside of Huntington West Virginia.

Well I finally made it and I'm not ashamed, a bit of indigestion but no shame. ;D I had some friends over and a couple new microbrews to try so we had at it. It was tasty in a dinner roll with a little extra sauce but others just ate it w/o the bread. A little Zatarain's dirty rice on the side made a cool meal of it. Make sure you get your smoker up to 250, it takes alot longer if it's only at 200.

I went ahead and ordered the Burnt Finger BBQ rub and sauce from the BBQ Addicts site to try them out and I can recommend both. Their sauce has an excellent flavor and I look forward to using it on other cuts of meat.
