Bikes cool I know I can hit 30 on flat ground. I have been kicking around the idea of a 10 speed w/ 5hp briggs and the rear derailer still working for 5 speeds so I can cheat so middle easterners out of some of my money!

DF must not think I can read.LOL We are showmen! Who else can pop 3 pistons at the 1/4,burn less than 1/2 a quart of oil tru the exhaust,and still run 198+++ MPH!!!! Just when we were thinking about letting you take keith for a ride, (the car's equipt for 2 you know,its a true street car)I'll let the Maty boys fend for themselves on your statement. You dont want dave and I to build a bicycle. Everyone would lose!!!!

If you do mini bikes you need to do go-karts with restrictions

1) yard karts only
2) 8hp max
3) no air damns

That should keep the speeds down to resonable.

This thread reminds me of the fun we had during a rain delay at the NMCA Finals in Memphis (imagine that... rain in Memphis! LOL) in 2006. We had an impromptu golf cart race to 330' and the boys from Nitrous Express showed up with an N20 injected EZ Go. Man, I gotta tell ya, that was a fun time!

I think especially a bicyclist could easily avoid guys doing oil cleanup...then again, oil cleanup is usually IN the timing traps, which presents a problem. Or you could just not let the Waddels or Matys run any more so you wouldn't have oil clean problems.

We could strap Leaf Blowers on them and they could clean the track off after the speedy dry is rubbed in.

There is more to this than meets the eye. We can have everyone wear weight belts so everyone weighs the same. the Skinny guys and Gals would still have the Aerodynamics in thier favor. Us Fat Guys can can Draft them and pass right at the line. Hell!! run them all at the same time, it would be a hoot. 50 Minibikes screaming down the track at Maxton.

I want a side car on mine.
