    I was out today and saw this 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado. 425 Cu. In. Power everything. couldn't get a pic of the dash but they have this really cool 'rotary' speedometer....cell phone pics... pls 4give.

    Definitely not a Prefect

    It's an AUSTIN, and it's been chopped. I believe '47-'52 A40, but I don't know the Austins well enough to tell if it's a Devon or a Dorset........

    EDIT: Well, the answer is simpler than I thought.....

    the Dorset is a 2 door sedan (Saloon on the other side of the pond)

    the Devon is a 4 door sedan (Saloon on the other side of the pond)

    My buddy the UPS driver saw this in a garage of one of his deliveries, but neither of us could identify the body style or the manufacturer. One thing of interest is the Flying A hood ornament. Does anyone recognize it or know who made it ?
