        if the "9-1-1" was not on the quarter.. I bet he could have called it anything.. freedom of .. whatever.

        there is still m1008-9 military, numbers still there, old cop cars have to have the doors at least painted over...
        he'll still walk most likely, the car is not police, and its obvious.

          Really? I see no policee badges! Guys in all-black crown vics are closer to impersonating a cop that this guy.

            This is a gray area... the guy should have left "911" and "K-9" off of the car.

              What's funny is I was at the Charlotte 50th show and took these pictures... so... these guys are left alone??? I have quite a few more pics of different cars...

                It might have been all of that, and for overkill, "Speed Enforcement" on the back of it may have been what made Barney pull him over and try to make a case out of it.
