So... I broke it...again. UPDATE

Track opened today, so I finished up a few little things and headed out. This is as far as the BBR got.





Was running fine. plenty of oil psi and the wideband was happy at ~ 14.5-14.7. Pulled away from a stop light, it started banging, sounded like a rod. It died and I coasted to this driveway. Nothing came out, no leaks, oil looks fine, sooooo.

I guess I'm gonna start taking it apart tomorrow.

I did wash it after I got it home. haha Something about polishing a turd comes to mind.

Damn the luck. I just went through that with my Skylark's last engine :'( Made it 50 miles before I decided the engine wasn't going to make it the remaining 450 miles. Hope it isn't too bad.
