I was at a local bar haveing a couple beverages and playing cribbage and a gentleman noticed my Edlebrock hat from last year's tour. He comes up and asks if I post here then asks what my screen name is. Then proceeds to tell me he lurks a lot but doesnt feel the need to register. Quite a nice guy and even offered to help me set up this year's Veterans benefit if I need it. I tried to convince him to register to no avail. Quite a weird experience to actually meet one of the lurkers here of all places. Anyone else meet a lurker?

Yeah one of my close friend's (know him all my life) and neighbors lurks know and again, he has a 69 SS 396 Camaro and a 200 SS Camaro. Would like to get him to join -

Even if you don't care for a lot of typing...show the proprietors there's more interest than they would initially believe.

I send a lot of scandinavian lurkers over here,but they just read the posts.Its probably the language barrier that stops them form posting.Comment

Well - I actually know a few people who lurk here occasionally (most of whom I directed to the site) and chose for one reason or another not to sign up.Comment
