Wrong! The hot dog folks have dibs on the lips and spleens. Burger is what's left over from the INSIDE of of the cow! (Seriously, at least in the US burger is all muscle meat though not the best cuts of it unless you go to nice place). Tongue - I'm not so sure where that belongs........

T-bone and Porterhouse are damn near the same, the difference is the amount of tenderloin attached to the bone. The T and P are NY strips with the T having less tenderloin than the P.
If you got a hankering for a decent cut of meat on the cheap and aren't ascared of just a little gristle, get you some flat iron steaks also called a Butlers cut. It is lean so you have to go light on the cookin' but man oh man is it a good slice of beef. the part people don't like is a small piece of cartilage that runs down the center of the steak...My thought on this is I've got a knife and teeth. If you can leave two black stripes from the exit of one corner to the braking zone of the next, you have enough horsepower. - Mark Donohue
