What do I do with this?

Yesterday I ended up with another car, a 1980 Corvette L82. It does not have a motor, but everything else is there. It has red paint that is pretty good, and a black leather interior.

I have a 2010 Camaro on order, and don't really have the extra cash to put into the Corvette. I don't think I will keep it, but if I came up with a plan that made it really cool, I might. I have a number of spare engine's, 6.0 LS, 454, blown 383, ZZ4, and enough parts to build a few more.

Just for the fun of it, what would you do if it was yours? And, if someone wanted it to be theirs, we could make that happen pretty cheap. ;D

Put together an old gen 350 out of spare parts and sell it.

454 and a small hit of nitrous. make it reliable and fun, but not too over the top. then if money gets tight you can always sell it.

Ok, i changed my mind. sell the dumb thing and boost the living crap out of the camaro with the money you made. then you will own the first new camaro in the 10s.

Not sure how much you paid for your 6.0 but I have a low mileage Lq4 sitting in the corner of the shop and a reciept for the $699 I paid for it.

I'm thinking of a magazine article titled "200mph for $5000"

Except that the tires and the ZF/T56 would murder that built price.

If you don't love the car, put a nice running engine in it for cheap, detail it, and sell it. A reasonably clean car with a decent running engine (brakes, steering, etc. must work as well) will always sell and bring fair money - a car that doesn't move under it's own power is almost worthless. Someone will love it.
