I should have taken a picture of the sign when it was 1.89. We may never see that again? We are back to 2.22 and they want to raise the gas tax here again! Bastards!

KY raised the gas tax on January 1 with the explanation that the roads need the funding and since we were used to the $3.50ish/gallon it was, the $0.25/gal tax on the now $2.05/gal prices, we wouldn't really "feel it".

And on that note, some places are at $2.21±, others are at $2.49.

Like Joe said, 30 cents overnight, regularly. About two weeks ago it jumped more like 50 cents overnight here.
