Ya it will be great to see you back at your '50 build as it's motivating for me on my build.

well... I wasn't planning on getting this until later in the build, but was offered a great deal on a used Accuair E-Level air management system that I couldn't pass up.

Well, after having to my project on the back burner for the past year as I had to focus on opening our shop and getting it off the ground (https://www.facebook.com/3rdShiftMotorsports/?fref=ts), it's now time to pay attention to the Buick and get some work done on it... just snapped a pic of the low profile oil pan, as this is going to be riding looooooow

It's funny, you're going towards air bags and I'm going away from them.... I decided to have Art Morrison build me a frame, and the thought process is Corvette IFS/IRS with tires that make the tubs proud. Glad you're moving forward and I liked your FB page.

Thanks!. Wow, an Art Morrison frame... that will be sweet. I'm looking forward to seeing those pics in your thread. As for my build, I have extra motivation, my oldest daughter is getting married this coming October and I want this completed by then, including rechroming, interior and paint. Wedding and the build, 2017 is going to be an expensive year!

                        • Another vote for them here! I have more than a few pieces of their stuff on the Riviera though I've not used their tube or flex joints, just the silicone couplers.

                          • Just picked up a column shift, tilt steering column from a local retired guy who refurbishes and rewires them for a hobby. He's done some nice work and at $200 saved me about $500 over buying an Ididit column!

                              • Took advantage of Painless Performance's year end $150 rebate promo and picked up their customized GM 28 Circuit Chassis Harness.

They aren't kidding that this is "painless", gotta love the fact they even label the wires!
