Betting on a high-13 sec. myself...as deceptively light as those cars are...
Have fun, man! Most fun I had at the track was a [email protected] knows, the announcer was laughing his ass off...in a '01 S-10 4-cyl.
(My roommate punches me in the side of my head...three days later asks if I'll take his truck to the track....Suuuure, no problem, man!...If I heard right, his synchros are trashed and he needed new tires.. ;D)Editor-at-Large at...well, here, of course!

BACK.... and Tonya has Pictures too....
I'll post them tomorrow... Bottom line... we got there... raced the POS... had fun... blew a radiator line just off the lights... and then ran worse then the 1st pass ... strange stuff...
Anyone who thought the Disco would run less then a 14.... " yeah you in the corner... sit down and be quiet "...
how bout a 16.35 with Zero or slightly less traction... couldn't even get near the gas pedal...
Tonya watched me pedal it that first run and said... "ahhh no thanks... let me know when you got some traction buckwheat"

16.35?!?!?!? My Centurion pulled a best of 15.58 and consistently in the 15.60's. Brian wasn't joking about the 14second reaction time :P ;DEscaped on a technicality.Comment

So the poor girl was nervous and threw up all over the track. Did everybody have problems with traction after the coolant wash down? Going to the track tonight, ten bucks says I run slower. Longer. More better worse.
