DB, I will clarify... I work in an industrial corn processing plant. We process what is known as Dent corn not for human consumption. We make alcohol both Fuel and beverage. Corn starches, and animal feed. Corn oil and sweeteners also. The corn you speak of is more or less sweet corn. Another variety altogether. My best guess is that those plants are more or less for seasonal purposes.

Peewee, I love the video of Reds first run! Don't ever say you're not a car guy again my friend. Land speed record holder, run at Road Atlanta, Daytona, swapped out brakes, installed a blower, hunting down gremlins, driving it every chance you get, scaring your wife...
