I have a soft spot for these . I had two 74 Monte Carlos both PS/PB with power windows locks and cruise . Both were 350ci /turbo350 the nicer one had swivel buckets and the other had a 6way power bench seat . Nice car. I'm enjoying your progress.

fiance Got me belated Birthday gift, I think the Black label will tie the Black on Valve covers nicely I wanted a black one BUT not in the budget right now and for a Birthday gift you don't complain, I kinda like it more than I thought I would (I already had the decals in advance of air cleaner)

73 bumpers are desireable in demo derby world.. Completely seam welded they are strong!

The biggest trick to learning to spray paint is.......spraying paint. Find an old hood or something and paint it with cheap paint 'till you get the results you can live with.

The second biggest trick is......spray for shine. Assuming the paint is mixed according to the directions and you have the air pressure in the ballpark you stop as soon as you see a reflection in the paint. More than that and it'll run, less than that and it'll be drysprayed.

Keep in mind that........ The worst than happens is that you'll have to wait a couple of days and sand it out and respray. Consider that first coat another coat of primer.
