In other news, my Corvette is now an anchor.

why? for those not distracted by clear plastic? well, because we are supposed to have 45 mph winds today - and my weather gauge just clocked an 80 mph blast... I've had to park my box trailer in a way that the wind doesn't catch it... but more extreme measure were called for as it's supposed to have a high-wind warning with get this 60 MPH winds... uh, Houston. What you see is not a space shuttle but rather my trailer containing my Corvette. Please track and advise... tyvm.

you're right, and I believe that most people are as honest as can be proven in a Court of law... which is to say, not at all.

we're not to the snow yet.... it's been blowing for 4 solid days averaging around 20 mph and gusts up to 80.... snow starts tonight. Next week looks troubling - teens and snow all week. Next week is when I make the trek to California to race.... I will still do it, but it means leaving on Tuesday not Thursday (thus minimizing the impact to my business)... I'll have to get my California friends to keep me informed how the Klamath Falls to Redding route looks... Either side is fine, but that little stretch is mountain pass and two lane....

High 20s, and the tail end of the snow. Our weather people are predicting (guessing) 3 to 6 inches of snow, maybe. Doesn't matter, only melt again anyway...
