in other news, starting to put the lift in

the guy I bought the place from - this was his initial location before his business needed the space.

I think that makes the most sense. as I unpack I'm starting to be amazed at how much space I really have for activities..

I like these shelves, they're $22 on Amazon... of course, they also didn't include the hardware for 2, but are fixing that issue so all is well

what I like is they're simple to assemble, just 9 nuts....

hard not to smile while driving your Corvette. That was a fun weekend, if I do this next year, I'll take this more seriously - but to be absolutely honest, the weekend was the best result, ever. My car made it, my dog didn't die, and the a/c on the motorhome worked great.

                    • Are you going to plumb your bleed down trap out the side of the building?

it's 105 degrees in the shop right now, not sure I need to.... with that said, there is a hole ready for that very purpose....

                        • note for self

Need colder plug, 1 range. Need to pull fuel out at WOT. Plugs were wet but didn't warm car. Timing is okay, maybe could use more timing with colder plug

                          • a little rich and the plugs are too hot

also working on the alignment - the C5/C6 front suspension uses the typical GM cam bolts... and they can move... need to find a solution to this
(and the stupid potato camera's inability to hold a steady shot)

                              • tall wing is back on.... short wing was, mostly, to get full points in the Design and Engineering. With that said, the wing didn't hurt performance and may have helped a bit... I'll say this again, I like it without the wing but I don't like the though of losing or running into a wall - so it stays.

                                it's waiting for spark plugs
