i know, i know...trust me im not happy with this.
it goes back to a few good motorcycle crashes,
a couple car wrecks, and 24 years of rolling around
on the concrete with drunken idiots.
being 300+lbs doesnt help either im sure. and then
when i was carrying the radiator from the 55 to the corner
of the garage, i stepped on a lugnut and it rolled a couple inches.
the momentary "clutch" of all the muscles is what did it i think.
either that or my sphincter puckered so hard it sucked my spine
out of alignment...
anyway luckily im "normal" 99.999% of the time, just every so
often it sneaks up on me and bites me in the @ss.
hopefully in a day or two or three ill be alright again.
for now, aleve and take it easy is the plan. i hate staring
at the car wanting to do something and actually having time
but being physically unable to lay on the ground and get
up repeatedly. sucks !!!
AND i gots to go maui again thursday,.............

normal or "normal" are really not words that can describe you. Epic, astounding, unique.... those might fit with the proper adjective before it... get well, or perhaps get more back meds so you don't feel it - but remember, good ideas on meds are never good ideas.Doing it all wrong since 1966
